Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with WiseBoundBooks. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To qualify, an item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable law:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Digital products after download or access has been provided
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
• When approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

• Email wiseboundbooks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• After approval, we will send return instructions.
• Please do not send an item back before receiving approval.

5. Refunds

• We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

• WiseBoundBooks covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
